Yeticup shoddy service
In september I placed an order through their website and i was sent a tracking number for my parcel. No local carrier was listed on the tracking number. I tracked it right up till the tracking page says 'Notice left no secure location'. The address i gave on my order was the same one on the tracking and yet NO NOTICE was left. I tried subsequently to contact Yeticup on 4 occasions anad still have not had a reply from them as to where this parcel is. Their shoddy service is disgusting.

If you want an official reseller that sells Yeti products then check the following: https://upstreamflyfishing.co.za/collections/yeti-south-africa They are official resellers marked on the Yeti US site and have a physical location that products can be bought or collected from.

I bought 2 items from Yeticup but did not receive anything. A tracking number was provided to me that show the items as delivered and signed for. I tried to contact Yeticup through the message service on their website Yeticup.co.za (only method of contacting them) to no avail….
