Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. The agent I talked to was great at explaining everything. And didn't hesitate to answer any inquiries I had. Their app actually functions and it's super convenient to check my policy info without needing to go through my emails etc. You can also update any details via the app, wether for pets, vehicles or other. You can also submit claims and quote requests via the app. And the app also has an emergency contact system/section where you can immediately request assistance. Such as roadside, accident or even panic. Price wise they are a bit more expensive than other insurers, however to be honest, I feel like OUTsurance is a lot more clear about what is and isn't covered, and their excess fees for claims are definitely lower. So I'd definitely recommend OUTsurance if you're looking for a trustworthy insurer that is reliable and dependable.

A good option for those who can't go to physical shops.
Takealot often has better prices than physical shops, which is one of the reasons I order through them. Deliveries are prompt and fast, though I will criticize them for changing delivery dates with no prior warning.
