Yeticup shoddy service

In september I placed an order through their website and i was sent a tracking number for my parcel. No local carrier was listed on the tracking number. I tracked it right up till the tracking page says 'Notice left no secure location'. The address i gave on my order was the same one on the tracking and yet NO NOTICE was left. I tried subsequently to contact Yeticup on 4 occasions anad still have not had a reply from them as to where this parcel is. Their shoddy service is disgusting.
