I have been a client of Barkos for some time now. Today, I found their service appalling, I pay every month, I reached out the agent doesn't greet, the when I asked the first agent a question she said her colleague is back I should WhatsApp her which I did she blue ticked me Hayzel didn't bother to greet and just said "chomi we offline," not even a sorry we are offline i cant give a time frame as to when we would be back online but will keep you updated, I think Parow branch should do better, I pay faithfully they are not doing a paying customer a favor it is money we are bringing to the business.
