I have been a client of Barkos for some time now. Today, I found their service appalling, I pay every month, I reached out the agent doesn't greet, the when I asked the first agent a question she said her colleague is back I should WhatsApp her which I did she blue ticked me Hayzel didn't bother to greet and just said "chomi we offline," not even a sorry we are offline i cant give a time frame as to when we would be back online but will keep you updated, I think Parow branch should do better, I pay faithfully they are not doing a paying customer a favor it is money we are bringing to the business.
Can someone call me back, always appreciate the service I receive from Finchoice.
They have received their payment in 2024, but still harassing me for payments affecting my credit score
My first review was not a positive one as Janelle from the Parow branch gave me terrible service, but Jack the area manager came and turned it around he was helpful and friendly at all times he is the type quality we need at all times, thank you Jack I appreciate your help
They have been reckless in assisting when it suits them
I struggled for a very long time to have my number updated, finally managed that but still can’t login asked for assistance numerous times but I keep on getting emails and sms’s telling about using the service, make it make sense.
Elizabeth Mabuya very poor customer service spoke with arrogance, judging and not being helpful at all, on the attack when I was transferred to her instead of listening she gave me a terrible attitude, instead of giving advice she gave judgment instead of acknowledging the bank's mistakes she looked for fault in the actual client, I am disgusted at Nedbank.
In November 2022 Nedbank closed my account, I went to the Parow branch where they assisted me my account was then reopened, and they half my installment amount without asking if it is okay with me, in December 2022 they did not collect their payment, not even a collection attempt, they then called me telling I am in arrears when I asked why they didn't collect the payment the agent could not explain why and advised she will escalate it and get back within 24-48 hours, we are in February now, I advised they can take double in January again no collection attempt, they have now closed my account once again, my credit has taken a dip since and they are not taking responsibility as was an error on their part.
I have been trying to get assistance for months, but I can't get through to them, the number doesn't work, you email they ask you for information you have already included in the email.
You wait very long to get through I tried 2 days now, there's a call back option however nobody calls you back.
