MNI Ford N1 CITY I purchased parts from the Parts Department and was assured at the time of ordering that the items were available at the Silverton factory. I was told it would take no more than 5 working days.
After numerous calls and follow-ups, 4 weeks later I contacted the Parts Manager to ask why it was taking so long. Without hesitation, the delay was blamed on imports taking longer than expected.
I was then assured that he would call me back once he had spoken to the sales representative. Two weeks later, I was still waiting for his call. Once again, I had to phone to find out what was happening. As usual, no one in the Parts Department was available, and the receptionist promised someone would return my call — which never happened.
Only later that afternoon did I receive a WhatsApp message informing me that the parts were finally ready for collection.
This level of service is unacceptable. I would like to know what steps your department will take to address this lack of communication and ensure that customers do not have to go through the same experience in the future.
