Trust your Ford, just not the dealership

Don't ever trust Ford dealerships. They will lie to you with their eyes wide open. My car was serviced by this dealership last year which included wheel alignment and balancing etc. when I got my car back I could feel play on the wheels and a noise on one of the tyres. So they told me I need new tyres. I've changed the tyres and I still have the same problem. Upon checking my wheel nuts to see that they are tight, all 20 of them were tight but not gripping the wheels. Also, my wheel spanner that I usually use on them doesn't fit anymore as these nuts are a half size bigger. I took it back to ford and without even checking my car the workshop supervisor told me this is a common problem with my car and that my wheel nuts are worn.

Firstly, how does 20 wheel nuts get worn at the same time? Why didn't they mention this when they done my wheel alignment? Why not even bother to check my wheel nuts when they let me drive almost 20km in peak hour traffic just to tell me the nuts are worn and give me a quote of R2300 to replace them of which their factory doesn't even have stock? I will never take my car here again or to any other Ford dealerships. Everytime it goes in for a service something else is broken. It's true what I've been told, dealerships are just there to rip their clients off and Ford is the biggest **** there is.
