Don't ever trust Ford dealerships. They will lie to you with their eyes wide open. My car was serviced by this dealership last year which included wheel alignment and balancing etc. when I got my car back I could feel play on the wheels and a noise on one of the tyres. So they told me I need new tyres. I've changed the tyres and I still have the same problem. Upon checking my wheel nuts to see that they are tight, all 20 of them were tight but not gripping the wheels. Also, my wheel spanner that I usually use on them doesn't fit anymore as these nuts are a half size bigger. I took it back to ford and without even checking my car the workshop supervisor told me this is a common problem with my car and that my wheel nuts are worn. Firstly, how does 20 wheel nuts get worn at the same time? Why didn't they mention this when they done my wheel alignment? Why not even bother to check my wheel nuts when they let me drive almost 20km in peak hour traffic just to tell me the nuts are worn and give me a quote of R2300 to replace them of which their factory doesn't even have stock? I will never take my car here again or to any other Ford dealerships. Everytime it goes in for a service something else is broken. It's true what I've been told, dealerships are just there to rip their clients off and Ford is the biggest **** there is.
This company known as DMC or DMC909 has been holding people hostage over debt that is old and should've been s****ped a long time ago. One example would be with the negative impact this company has created on my wife's credit profile. They keep changing the date of the opening of an account that I believe was bought over from an actual credit provider with which my wife had a loan in 2013. Unfortunately she lost her job and could not pay it up. However DMC has been renewing this old debt on her name since 2013 showing missed payments every few months or no data, as a way of manipulating her credit score and keeping it in a negative. My wife has never been contacted by this company neither has she made any payment arrangements with any debt collectors, yet this DMC keep adding missed payments to her record. This is unethical behavior and this company should stop messing with people's lives.
On Sunday morning 03 April 2022 one of JBA security's patrol vehicles jumped a robot and nearly drove into me. The driver of the vehicle and myself were both waiting at red robots, when the robots turned green for me to proceed I entered the intersection and halfway across it the driver of JBA decided to jump the robot cutting me off in the middle of the intersection. I do not know if this was deliberate as we were both waiting and he should've seen me long before. I have sent an email to the company as well as complain on their website, so far I've had no response as to my request for them to follow this up, it's as if they don't care that their drivers are endangering other people's lives. The least they could've done was respond to my email.
