Bad customer service......
Extremely bad customer service. When I spoke to receptionist was told that technician will come with parts as it is still a new dishwasher. Technician took the part and I had to keep phoning for feedback.....only after ranting about the service I was promised that they'll come and put the old part back and now I have to wait 10 to 18 days for new parts.

10 Apr 2023, 12:44Good day Joyce. Our techs do carry general van stock. Unfortunately your part is not a common part that goes faulty. We did arrange the tech to go reinstall the part that was taken as a sample. We have ordered the part. Unfortunately there is no stock and we are waiting on the factory to supply the part. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will continue to follow up with the factory and be in touch as soon as the part is available. Regards Dudley
