Bad customer service......
Extremely bad customer service. When I spoke to receptionist was told that technician will come with parts as it is still a new dishwasher. Technician took the part and I had to keep phoning for feedback.....only after ranting about the service I was promised that they'll come and put the old part back and now I have to wait 10 to 18 days for new parts.

Samsung FALSE ADVERTISING
Bought 2 Note 20s on 7 November and was told we would get 2 Samsung 32 tvs. Samsung came up with all kinds of excuses and I even had to send copy of marriage certificate, with affidavit and tv license to proof that my husband and I are married. Hadto speak to no less than 6 different call centre agents and each one promise I'll get the link to claim Tvs with in 48 hours. 6 weeks later and no luck yet.....this is the worst service ever and totally false advertising.....don't advertise if you not prepared to honor your promises
