Poor professionalism from Keagan

Dealt with "Keagan" via online enquiry. My contact who was going to view the vehicle on my behalf didn't make it in time and the vehicle got sold. Keagan was polite enough and informed me via WhatsApp. I thanked him for informing me and requested that he keep me in mind should another vehicle of this brand come through his doors..... I was met with a snotty reply of "OR SHOULD I".... I asked him what he meant by this. And he replied that should he basically even bother informing me. Quite professional KEAGAN. Keep it up.
