Dealt with "Keagan" via online enquiry. My contact who was going to view the vehicle on my behalf didn't make it in time and the vehicle got sold. Keagan was polite enough and informed me via WhatsApp. I thanked him for informing me and requested that he keep me in mind should another vehicle of this brand come through his doors..... I was met with a snotty reply of "OR SHOULD I".... I asked him what he meant by this. And he replied that should he basically even bother informing me. Quite professional KEAGAN. Keep it up. Glad I didn't do business with you with an attitude like that. @ Mr Dealer Principle of Barons Tokai........ Pls send your saleman Keagan for some online etiquette and professionalism training..
So, purchasing isn't the problem..... The problem is these okes NEVER respond to emails to lodge a return. They have one contact telephone number found on the Internet which NEVER gets answered. So, moral of the story.....Be 110% sure that when you order, whether it's the wrong size, broken etc etc......you WILL NEVER GET A REFUND/REPLACEMENT. Pathetic after sales service. PATHETIC !!!!!
