Unprofessional & Rude agent.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Nozipho Siyoko from Barrett & Associates on behalf of FNB.

The agent assigned to my case was completely unprofessional and rude. From the outset the agent was aggressive and confrontational making demands and threats without listening to my situation.

When I tried to explain my financial difficulties, the agent became dismissive and condescending. The agent's communication style was appalling - using derogatory language and tone.

I felt belittled and harassed throughout the entire process. As a collection agency, I expect a certain level of professionalism and empathy Nozipho fell far short of my expectations. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
