I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Nozipho Siyoko from Barrett & Associates on behalf of FNB. The agent assigned to my case was completely unprofessional and rude. From the outset the agent was aggressive and confrontational making demands and threats without listening to my situation. When I tried to explain my financial difficulties, the agent became dismissive and condescending. The agent's communication style was appalling - using derogatory language and tone. I felt belittled and harassed throughout the entire process. As a collection agency, I expect a certain level of professionalism and empathy Nozipho fell far short of my expectations. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
One has been trying to register as a representative for an Late Estate profile since last year September, I’ve submitted all the required documents yet SARS is failing to approve the request. I have three different case numbers and every time there’s an additional document required they treat it as a new enquiry meaning one waits for 21 working days.
I’ve logged a call with SARS and still today it’s not resolved, the agents hang up on you but when one owes them they’re quick to penalise or make them pay.
The service is so APPALLING, we sent through a claim on the 12th of August 2022 and we were advised it takes 60 days for a claim to processed initially. Every time we follow we get different stories from the call centre agents and that’s if one is lucky to get through because their lines are forever busy and emails are not attended to.
I went to the Midrand offices to change/submit banking details where a debit is supposed to go off from however they were not changed and it resulted in the Policy lapsing. They refuse to reinstate the Policy though the error was from their side.
