Soooooo frustrating.

I am actually sick of contacting you and telling you to stop putting my account over 12 months. When I go to the till I specifically ask for 6 months But no oh no. They put it over 12 months and then I get charged interest!!!!!!

I want my account adjusted I want whatever is charged over 12 months to be changed to 6 months and I want the interest refunded and I want it done immediately!!! it is not right when you do that. Maybe they do it on purpose so that bash can make more money off the interest!!
