I have a 6 month interest free account and yet I am charged a LARGE amount of interest every month. I’ve spoken to a consultant but the call Centre don’t explain or do anything about it. I think I need to contact consumer protection. It’s ridiculous that they can do it without an explanation. They shouldn’t be able to get away with it. They are making a lot of money *****ulently.
Very annoying since the Maitland warehouse delivery system. Can’t get the most basic items that were so easily accessible before!!!! Peanut butter is one of the things!!! Seriously I have to pay for it to come from the Hypermarket!! Extra R36 delivery fee!!!! And lots of other items. A total waste of time and money these days. Sorry sixty/60. Unbelievably bad customer service. Changed address 2 weeks ago and they have not connected me. I’ve used R 400 airtime, waited for hours to speak to absolutely useless customer service agents who cannot offer any explanation or help!!! What’s the point.
I am actually sick of contacting you and telling you to stop putting my account over 12 months. When I go to the till I specifically ask for 6 months But no oh no. They put it over 12 months and then I get charged interest!!!!!! I want my account adjusted I want whatever is charged over 12 months to be changed to 6 months and I want the interest refunded and I want it done immediately!!! it is not right when you do that. Maybe they do it on purpose so that bash can make more money off the interest!! It’s nothing but *****!!!

The absolute worst service from Standard Bank ***** Department. My card was ****med and I reported it to *****, got a case number and I SPECIFICALLY asked (during 3 messages and 2 phone calls) whether my debit orders would go through as normal. Lindiwe assured me and the ***** department assured me that it would. Well surprise surprise - they have been rejected!!!! Now I got hold of Lindiwe again and she said "you have to let them know your new card number!!!!! For goodness sake my card was cancelled and I havent been issued with a new one yet. So HOW THE @@ AM I MEANT TO LET THE PEOPLE KNOW THE NEW NUMBER!! My APP is blank. You have absolutely no idea how frustrating it is dealing with ***** Department on the phone or on the messaging APP. Maybe one of your staff at Standard Bank should try it out and realise what the customers are going through!!! Ive had other issues with Standard Bank and I am seriously considering moving to another bank with much better personnel. I dont trust Standard Bank. My previous card was stopped and yet it is still being used. Now is that possible unless it is an inside job!!!!
Without a doubt 100% the worst Woolworths in the Western Cape. Badly managed, staff on their cell phones, changing room always locked!!! Said it was open from 7.30 on their website. I drove all the way there …. And they only open at 9am. Thanks for wasting my time.
I have tried to get Cavendish Square Nespresso to contact me for three days. I have spoken to 3 call centre people, I have sent two emails to the Nespresso head office. I have filled in the contact me form that I was asked to do. I am still waiting for someone to contact me. I bought coffee miugs and I was given the wrong size. I went to cavendish Square to exchange them and was told that they don’t have stock of the one I want but don’t worry they’re getting stock in on Wednesday and they will call me the minute it’s in. I was told to leave the incorrect mugs with them and the exchange will happen when they get stock. I’ve not had a phone call, and even after numerous attempts at getting them to call me back they have not done so. It is incredibly frustrating not to be able to talk to a branch especially under the circumstances. It’s also incredibly arrogant of Nespresso to expect the clients to drive to a store to get an answer to a question!!!!! Imagine a drive there and there’s no stock and I have to drive home again, and then repeat the whole exercise every single time I want an answer to to my question??????
Please would a SUPERVISOR from the Loyalty APP department call me urgently. I’ve spoken to 4 call centre employees without success
