I made a purchased an item last week on the 4th and on Friday you sent me an email that the order was LOST IN TRANSIT.

I called your customer service and I spoke with Charlene who was very rude and *********** and couldn't give me answers regarding my query.

I then receive an email that I will be refunded, today I received the refund but it's not what I paid for.

WHY AM I BEING CHARGED FOR DELIVERY WHEN THE ITEM/ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED?????

I WANT ALL MY MONEY BECAUSE I ASKED YOU TO DELIVER THE ITEM AS IT IS STILL AVAILABLE ONLINE .
