STOP ****ING WITH OUR MONEY AND REFUND ME MY FULL AMOUNT!!!! YOUR SERVICE IS ****EN PATHETIC AND YOU ARE ROBBING US!!!!!!!!! I made a purchased an item last week on the 4th and on Friday you sent me an email that the order was LOST IN TRANSIT. I called your customer service and I spoke with Charlene who was very rude and *********** and couldn't give me answers regarding my query. I then receive an email that I will be refunded, today I received the refund but it's not what I paid for. WHY AM I BEING CHARGED FOR DELIVERY WHEN THE ITEM/ORDER WAS NEVER DELIVERED????? I WANT ALL MY MONEY BECAUSE I ASKED YOU TO DELIVER THE ITEM AS IT IS STILL AVAILABLE ONLINE . DO NOT ****EN ROB US!!!!!!!!

I call your customer service this morning and the lady that assisted me was so rude and couldn't explain why exactly the parcel was not delivered. This item is still available online yet you've cancelled the order, HOW?????? I DO NOT WANT A REFUND, I WANT THE ITEM I PURCHASED.

I placed an order in the 5th of December and i have not received it.Your call centre staff is rude and ***********!! Deliver my ****en order by tomorrow or you can cancel it and refund my money!!!!!!
Your staff is rude and ***********!!! I went to the Game Liberty Promanade branch to buy a Hisense Washing Machine , the consultant that was assisting me told me that they don't have it in store and tried to upsell me a Samsung washing machine after I SPECIFICALLY told him that i want the Hisense brand. I then asked him if the item is available for pick up at their warehouse and he advises that the warehouse closes early but the item is showing in the system that it is there. I asked him if he can arrange for the item to be delivered instore then i will pick it up. The consultant told me that the process takes 4 weeks and more for the item to get to the store from the warehouse . 4 ****en weeks for an item that is the same city?!! The warehouse is probably 30 minutes to an hour away from the store but i must wait for 4 ****en weeks as if the item is in a different province!!! After i was advised to wait for 4 weeks, the consultant then told me if i want tye process ti he quicker, i need to pay for the item then they will deliver it to my house. This made me so furious because this happened when i purchased a stove for my mother for mother's day and the stove was delivered months later, i had to make calls and no one was getting back to me. I asked the consultant about the delivery details because during the week i am at work and he failed to give me answers. Upon me trying to get assistance , this consultant was busy having a conversation with his colleagues in the language of their choice which is VERY rude by the way and they kept on laughing. Your staff is ***********, rude and know nothing about customer service!!!!!

I called your customer service number and i spoke with an agent that was so *********** and unprofessional and couldn't tell me why there's no movement or update on my order. I WANT MY ORDER BY FRIDAY OR ELSE YOU CAN CANCEL IT AND REFUND ME MY MONEY!!!!!

I received a horrible service from The Fix in Gugulethu branch and the Golden Acre branch in yesterday. I called yesterday looking for an item and I spoke with Nandi who was very unprofessional and kept on referring to me as "tshomi" she advised that they have the item in store and when I asked for them to do an IBT to a The Fix that is close to me (Golden Acre) she then advised that a customer can't request for an IBT and that the store must contact them and request for the IBT but that must be authorized by their area manager. I then called The Fix in Golden Acre and explained my issue and the lady that assisted me advised that there is no such and that a customer can request for an IBT , she then asked that I provide my contact number and that she will contact them. An hour later a lady by the name of Asanda called me and advised that they are unable to do IBT as it costs the company and I must find a way to collect the item or ask someone that is close to their store to collect the item, I advised her that I don't know anyone that is in the area(Gugulethu) and that I do not stay close to the store hence I requested an IBT to Golden Acre. She then advised that she will speak to her area manager and get back to me, I waited and waited till end of business day and I have not received any feedback. The service I received is so poor , your staff members know nothing about customer service, your staff members are ***********!!!!!!
