I ordered two pairs of shoes from Bata during their Black Friday sale, but only one pair was delivered. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the second pair was out of stock and that they would arrange another size instead, which I agreed to.
That conversation happened about a month ago, and since then I have received no updates at all. I have tried multiple times to follow up, but I’ve been unable to reach anyone, and there has been no communication regarding the replacement pair.
At this point, I would prefer a refund, but I can’t even request one because Bata has been completely unreachable. This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially for a well-known brand. Better communication and customer service are seriously needed.
