Complaint About Poor Quality Products and Service – Bathroom Bizarre Montana

I am extremely disappointed with the products and service I received from Bathroom Bizarre in Montana.

I bought a basin with a cabinet from this branch, and within a few months it was already damaged. When I returned it, I was given a replacement that had scratches and drawers that do not close properly. This is completely unacceptable.

I also returned a bathtub I bought from them and was given a different size, and I was charged an extra R300 with no explanation or proof that the price was correct. This caused further inconvenience because I had to pay my plumber again.

I was told that the replacement cabinet they gave me was the “last one in stock,” leaving me with no choice. To make matters worse, the tap I also bought from the Montana branch is now chipped.

This entire experience has been frustrating, costly, and unprofessional. I feel completely let down and cannot recommend Bathroom Bizarre Montana to anyone.
