I am absolutely FUMING at the service I have received from the Boksburg branch. In October last year I paid for a large order for my new home. I came in and out of the store at least 6 times to make sure everything was correct. We eventually got everything right and I paid for my order.
Upon going to install my taps I noticed that the shape of the tap I ordered was wrong. I came in to complain and was told that I was sold the incorrect taps and body’s. No apology, no admission of guilt and very poor service later I have been told that I need to pay extra as I was sold the incorrect taps. I am absolutely fuming. This is absolutely NOT my problem and all I am being told is that they are waiting to hear from their warehouse. I am paying a plumber to sit at my house and do nothing because bathroom bizzarre refuse to admit guilt of selling me the incorrect product
