Judging by these reviews I see my complaint is valid. I haven’t received such poor service in a very long time. Internet line installed 3 days ago and still not working. You cannot get hold of anyone at vumatel to assist or follow up with. Their service has been so bad to the point where one of their technicians told my husband that he must drill and install the line himself.. what kind of service am I paying for. The number given just keeps taking you in circles and now I am paying for a service that I can’t even use because nobody can assist me. Disgraceful to say the least
I am absolutely FUMING at the service I have received from the Boksburg branch. In October last year I paid for a large order for my new home. I came in and out of the store at least 6 times to make sure everything was correct. We eventually got everything right and I paid for my order. Upon going to install my taps I noticed that the shape of the tap I ordered was wrong. I came in to complain and was told that I was sold the incorrect taps and body’s. No apology, no admission of guilt and very poor service later I have been told that I need to pay extra as I was sold the incorrect taps. I am absolutely fuming. This is absolutely NOT my problem and all I am being told is that they are waiting to hear from their warehouse. I am paying a plumber to sit at my house and do nothing because bathroom bizzarre refuse to admit guilt of selling me the incorrect product
2 weeks to deliver a local order? That kind of service in this day and age is totally unacceptable. I placed an order on 30/03/2022 and was told that my order would be delivered by 8April. On 7 April I get told that the delivery date has changed to 12 April. I contact zara to find a solution as I am emigrating on Monday but my ordered is scheduled to be delivered by Tuesday. After Monday this order is completely useless to me. I asked for the order to be cancelled and they tell me they cannot. How can you tell me that it’s ok for you to hold onto my money as well as my product and I as the customer am left with no solution? I expect urgent action in this. This has left such a bad taste with me that I don’t even want my order anymore. It’s disgusting that you think it’s ok to dictate what happens with my money. Zara sort this out immediately
Thrifty had held my deposit for 3 weeks now. I have called back and forth between FNB and thrifty and every time I call they shift the blame to the next company. I want my deposit refunded immediately or this will be taken further. I know many people who will gladly assist in taking this further with thrifty as they are thieves
Extremely dissatisfied with the service on Airbnb and the unethical hosts I have come across. I made a booking on Airbnb, the host cancelled my request within 5 minutes of booking - my ENTIRE accommodation amount. Airbnb promised to refund me but the refund will take 15 working days. How is it that you can take my money within 5 minutes but have me sitting here begging for it back when the mess up was your own host??? I require that money to book another place, this is completely unacceptable. Let me not even get started on the disgraceful l hosts Airbnb accepts onto their site. Seems like as everything else in this work, this app too is deteriorating.
ABSA credit card decision are bunch of thieves. I have been requesting a cancellation on my credit card for over a year. Every time I speak to someone I am always promised that I will get a call back and up until now still nothing. I am charged a fee of R55 every month which I am expected to pay on time every month but ABSA can not honor their promise on 1 call back. My account has now been handed over due to non payment of R55 but you cannot get hold of anybody to cancel the damn thing. In a situation like this who do I hand ABSA over for not assisting in cancelling my account that has been requested for 1 year now??? I’m so sick and tired of this disgusting service from ABSA and all the empty promises. Instead of employing people to hand over account how about you employ competent people who will actually ASSIST clients instead of making us look bad for your complete lack of service. I will NOT maybe any payments to anybody until I have confirmation on writing that my account will be closed. Your service is disgusting and you should be absolutely ashamed of your business ethics and incompetent staff
My account was cancelled without me asking and now webafrica want me to pay them R1700???? I tried to make payment of my arrears account. There was a problem with their system and it would not accept my payment. I specifically emailed them the same evening to get assistance but nobody helped me. They contacted me the next day and said there’s nothing they can do. What kind of ‘service’ is that? Disgusting. What does one have to do in order to get service. They were one of the few who used to offer a good service, seems like they’re headed in the direction of Telkom.. useless thieves.
Rooms were noisy, massage was hardly a massage as opposed to a rub, not all body parts were worked on. This is the second time I have come to this spa and I remember why I never wanted to come back in the first place. Treatments are not worth what they charge and the front desk staff are extremely unprofessional. Highly disappointed in the massage and service. There are many better spa’s In Johannesburg
I installed fibre in October from webafrica. I was told that they did not charge any installation fees and that I didn’t have to pay for the modem or anything unless I canceled the service before 12 months. My service has now been suspended due to non payment of an amount that is 3 x more what my subscription is meant to be. I have called in twice today, waited on hold for over 20 minutes both times and have not been able to speak to anybody or get answers as to why they want so much money from me and now am sitting with a suspended service and nobody to help me. Great service webafrica, keep it up
My account wasn’t paid due to my card details changing. I called to reactivate my adsl, they took payment immediately but my line is still not working. When I called in to see what the problem was they told me that my Telkom line had been cancelled. Firstly, I was under the impression that Webafrica managed my line from when I first signed up, secondly I want to know who have permission for this line to be cancelled? As now I sit with no internet or phone line when everything has been paid up to date. The lady I spoke to told me there’s nothing she can do, I must log a call with Telkom, now we all know how incompetent Telkom are and I refuse. Why was my line cancelled in the first place??? I have never had a problem with Webafrica in 2 years but this makes up for lost time. I need an internet line urgently and I need this resolved
