Not even one star is deserved. Orders placed in December have still not been delivered, with zero communication from Bathu. WhatsApp messages are ignored, and calling the landline means waiting for hours with no assistance. Customers are left in the dark and forced to complain on HelloPeter just to be noticed. This is unacceptable service and a complete failure in customer accountability. It is deeply disappointing that a South African, Black-owned brand treats its customers this way. The experience is no different from dealing with organisations that take money and avoid responsibility. Bathu has completely lost my trust.
