I had a great experience with iMile Courier Services. My order from SHEIN was expected to be delivered on 22 January, but it was delivered early this morning on the 13th Jan. The service was very convenient and impressively fast. Communication was clear, and the delivery process was smooth and efficient. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend iMile.
Not even one star is deserved. Orders placed in December have still not been delivered, with zero communication from Bathu. WhatsApp messages are ignored, and calling the landline means waiting for hours with no assistance. Customers are left in the dark and forced to complain on HelloPeter just to be noticed. This is unacceptable service and a complete failure in customer accountability. It is deeply disappointing that a South African, Black-owned brand treats its customers this way. The experience is no different from dealing with organisations that take money and avoid responsibility. Bathu has completely lost my trust.
I am writing to report a severe and ongoing issue with the Vodacom Wireless Internet Fiber service that I have subscribed to under contract since July 2023. Despite the initial installation in mid-August and a seemingly stable connection, the service quality has significantly deteriorated since the end of October, rendering it practically unusable. The primary concern arises from frequent buffering and intermittent outages, making it impossible to complete tasks reliably. I have diligently logged calls to report these issues, only to be informed repeatedly that the entire area is experiencing similar problems. While I understand that occasional technical difficulties can occur, the persistence of these issues over the past three months is unacceptable. As someone who relies heavily on a stable internet connection for remote work and to facilitate my children's online education, the impact of this unreliable service on our daily lives cannot be overstated. The inability to complete tasks efficiently and the disruption to our educational pursuits have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I recently logged a call last week, hoping for a resolution to this ongoing problem. However, I was shocked to receive the suggestion to upgrade my speed as a solution.I dissagree to how increasing the speed would address the fundamental issue of instability and frequent outages. Moreover, I am hesitant to invest further in a service that has failed to meet even the basic standards of reliability. Considering the seriousness of the situation and the fact that I am bound by a three-year contract, I implore you to address this matter with utmost urgency. I cannot continue to pay for a service that does not fulfill its primary function, especially when alternative arrangements have to be made at additional expense due to the service's unreliability. I request immediate action to rectify the connectivity issues plaguing my Vodacom Wireless Internet Fiber service. If necessary, I am prepared to explore all available options to seek a resolution, including escalation to higher authorities or termination of the contract under justifiable grounds. I want to bring it to attention that iam writing this concern for the 2nd time ..for my router contract number 0660267076 july i was told that i cannot cancel this number due to migration - UNATHI DUNYWA consultant was handling my case and she explain to me that i must call on the 31st of August for cancelation so that i dont get billed for September and i dont get data on the 1st of Sept... today on the 31st August iam calling for cancelation JC Angelo told is telling me that i cannot cancel today due to migration for the 2nd time again!!!! on top of that when i check on my app i seen they just added data now and i have been charged massing amount that i have never charged before R1080 for what !!!! i was paying R266 for this contract ...he sent me and email that i have requested that this number be converted to prepaid ....why??? email continue saying that i will be billed next month for outstanding usage cost ...which usage cost is he talking about???my account is not on arrears . Iam real disappointed buy Vodacom am a platinum customer but you still want rip us off ....how can i query the same number for 2 month ,1 is telling you do that and the other 1 is telling me something else ....such a good company ...i called finance to query the amount in question but still the lady who i spoke too kept me hanging on the line until the line drop off .last time it was the upgrade sales derpart ment and i dont know which department will be in blamed now Can Vodacom Senior intervern here , 0837497124-Nonie
I received a call earlier this year from Vodacom sales "rewards"saying that on my data sim "router "they will be adding 50 gb instead of 20gb that i was getting for the same amount i was paying since i was a valuable loyal customer ...i agreed because i had nothing to lose number : 0660267076 in our conversation i told the lady that don't want an upgrade since i wanted to install a fibre ,on my surprise i just find out that this number was upgraded without me knowing now i want to install airfibre from vodacom ....where would i get money to pay 2 internet service to same company...i i demand that this contract be cancelled without any cost. thank you

Goodday this morning i received a call my Durban Vodacom number as follows : 031 492 3318 the guy called me i forgot his name... he told me about the Mecer laptop package and i told him that i like his product but i would like him to call me tomorrow morning same time as i still need ask my daughter if this laptop will work for her and i ask him to sent me email of the product specs so that i can compare with the HP that i was looking for he said to me he will do that, but he still wanted me to confirm my ID ,my names and delivery address so that he will make sure that he is sending the information to the correct person by email ...our call ended at 10:37 still now i have not received any email but funny my daughter received sms that confirm qoute no: 1-35752521395187 and the vetting has been approved ,......order has been successfully processed and courier partner will send me a waybill tracking . i didnot give this guy my daughters number i dont know why my daughters is getting all this sms 's not me .....who ever that authorised this order please cancel it because i have not agreed on this product yet um still waiting for him to give me call tomorrow ...even if i was going to take this product and package but now i dont want it because people are just rushing to push their sales with us .please dont call my daugter thank you

i received an email and sms this morning that my parcel is out for delivery btn 8am and 5pm but with my suprise around 14:00 i received a call from a call center that they tried to call me i did not answer my phone ,can they arrange the delivery for tommorow ,pathetic liers ,i have cancel all my appointment for the day because um waiting for the delivery but at 14:00 they re-arranging my delivery ...why are waisting our time we also have business to run .i have a doubt that they will come tommorow ,
