Unfortunately, my recent experience with this company has been deeply disappointing. I brought in my battery pack for repacking, initially paying a fee of R150 to assess whether the service could be provided. After the evaluation, I was informed that the total cost for repacking would amount to an additional R750, to which I readily agreed.
However, the situation escalated when I was unexpectedly asked to pay the remaining balance before any work commenced. This request struck me as unreasonable, particularly since it had not been communicated upfront. The representative insisted that I either settle the full amount or forfeit the R150 fee and retrieve my battery pack.
To add to my frustration, the tone of the communication I received was far from professional. When I attempted to express my concerns over the phone, I encountered a dismissive attitude. Eventually, I was given the option to pay the total amount or collect my unit, with the promise of a refund for the initial charge—a resolution that felt inadequate.
I proposed a compromise, offering to pay R500 upfront and settle the balance upon collection. Regrettably, my offer went unanswered, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. In conclusion, this experience has highlighted significant areas for improvement in customer service and communication within the company.
