Bausch & Lomb No Communication

I would like to lodge an inquiry regarding the amount of liquid solution in the attached photo’s. Please could you explain why the total volume of solution on a sealed container is not complete?

Was any issues picked up in the production line where the solution being poured into the container did not fully complete its task in providing the full amount of solution that is required. The amount of content compared to the Price, make it seem as if the consumer is being deceived. If in fact the content is missing. I would like to request a rebate on the purchases made. Please send this to the Production Manager or Complaints department to handle this inquiry
