No Feedback. I Lodged a return for an Item. but now they are not coming back nor replying to any complaints. I have tried to return the item but there system was locked out due to the virus. Without notification the system has opened, not informing the public, Loosing 21days due to the virus and send multiple emails saying that I tried returing the item but they didn't respond. I have now logged a return but now they don't want to give the credit as it now fell 30day after the purchase dates. Complained about that and now still no reply.
I would like to lodge an inquiry regarding the amount of liquid solution in the attached photo’s. Please could you explain why the total volume of solution on a sealed container is not complete? Was any issues picked up in the production line where the solution being poured into the container did not fully complete its task in providing the full amount of solution that is required. The amount of content compared to the Price, make it seem as if the consumer is being deceived. If in fact the content is missing. I would like to request a rebate on the purchases made. Please send this to the Production Manager or Complaints department to handle this inquiry
I'm sick and fed up with DSTV. My Explorer was struck by lightning and was in to be replaced. I bought an HD 4U and requested that my current package needs to be moved over to the HD 4U while I was waiting for the Explorer replacement. I was shocked when my wife told me that we suddenly have the Premium package which I never mentioned nor requested seeing that they only had to transfer my Current Extra package to the new decoder. I Phoned and told them I will not pay anything due to there mistake off giving me the wrong package. I went through my statement and I see they charge me for that Package. I'm sorry but this is completely unacceptable and this was mentioned as they take voice recording. I would like that money payback ALL of it not only for the few days seeing that it was completely your fault for something i never requested. Go through the recording and you'll hear that I did mention this. You'll clearly see a major mess up of my account on the 7 march 2016. This is lack of experience from support staff and without informing the client they messed up and then they charge the customer there mistake. This is completely and utterly Horse manure!!!!

FNB <br> To Whom this may concern.<br> <br> I'm I VIP Private banker at FNB an I have a revolving loan account that was settled in full on the 13 feb 2016, On the 1st of March 2016, Interest was deducted again from my account. Interest has already been calculated in the beginning of the month for that month. Why was money deliberately taken from my account without authorization nor notification. This feel to me like a case of fraud. Not only has this happened to me but 2 twice with my wive as well. You should have a very good excuse or I this matter will be taken to attorneys.<br> <br> Besides this being the only time this has happened, I'm extremely satisfied with the FNB and all its services.
