Dear Bawas Furniture Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding the service I received with my recent online order. When placing the order, I specifically requested a grey/silver lounge suite with chairs. However, just one day before delivery I was informed that grey was not available and that beige would be delivered instead. Although this was inconvenient, I agreed to the change in order to avoid further delays. Prior to delivery, I also asked the consultant whether the table would need to be assembled. I was clearly told that everything would be delivered as is and that no assembly would be required. Unfortunately, when the delivery arrived, nothing had been assembled, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. On the same day, a television was also delivered, but there was no remote included. I immediately contacted your team to report the issue and was informed that the remote would be delivered on Tuesday, 4 March, when the delivery team comes to Durban. To date, I am still waiting for the remote. In addition, I was informed that the old television would be collected and replaced with a new one. This has not happened, and attempts to contact your team have been unsuccessful. The same contact I used for the online order is no longer responding. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and far below the level of service I expected. I would appreciate an urgent response and immediate resolution regarding: • The missing television remote • The replacement of the television as promised • Clarification on the incomplete delivery and lack of proper communication Please treat this matter as urgent. Title: Extremely disappointed – urgent refund needed I am extremely disappointed with Bawas Furnishers. I paid for a TV and was promised delivery on specific dates, but they failed to deliver multiple times. Despite my follow-ups via calls and messages, they ignored me and provided no updates. I still do not have the TV I paid for. I am now requesting an immediate refund, as I will be buying the TV elsewhere. This level of service is unprofessional and unacceptable. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with them.

Bought a Obac gas oven the 29th of Novemebr, it was delivered and all looked good. The oven does not work up to standard, loosing heat and not maintaining heat whilst bking. A call was logged 2 days after we recieved the oven, an Obac technician came out to assess the problem and eknowledged that the oven is faulty and that he will submit a report. Now Bawas claims that the problem is no longer their problem (I paid them for the oven) it is Obac's and that the technician cliams that the oven is working 100% but they will replace the elements in the oven. Why if the oven is working, will they replace elements? Why if I have nout used the faulty product can they not replace it with a working one? DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM THEM!!!!!

Bawas Furnishers 8 times I've been purchased from your online service and always when I get to Main Road to pick up my goods I always have to wait for the invoices to be send from your online service like last Saturday I had to wait 48 minutes to get the invoice from online service for my online order that's really bad service you guys need to pull up your socks at online service and offer better service to your customers as ranking from 1 to 10 our rank you guys a two very disappointed I am AND TODAY I AM BACK AT BAWAS LADYSMITH LAST SATURDAY I HAVE BUY I CONDERE 32 CM TV FROM BAWAS ONLY AND MONDAY I GAVE BACK THE TV BECAUSE THE FOOT OF THE TV WAS NOT THE FOOT OF THE TV AND TODAY I AM BACK AT BAWAS BECAUSE THE TV IS NOT WORKING AND I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE ONLY SERVICE. I AM HAPPY WITH THE DISPATCH TEAM FOR ALWAYS HAVING A SMILE ON THE o THEIR FACE AND ALWAYS HELPFUL

I placed an order on the 31 Jul, on the 4th Aug was sent a message that my order is ready for collection. When I arrived at the store to collect ,half my order was ready . A week later I'm still waiting for my delivery every day I am told a today Tommorrow story . Don't over promise and under deliver .

I placed an order online on the 24th of June 2025 until this day I haven't received it, O have been calling on their online order service numbers they never answer their phones I have to search for the warehouse number to be assisted but I has not each and everytime when I call they will promise that will get my order the following day or in few days until on the 8 July I received an email for me to come pick up my order but when I got to the shop the order was not there. I called again asking about my order same promises made of i will get the following day or the end of the week today is the 19 July I have not received my order I am sure this their way of ****ming people when I ask for my refund they tell me the order it on it way.

On the 26 of October 2024 I bought the wardrobe online. On the 29 October they called for pickup. On the 1st of November after went to collect it but i was told to bring invoice from the shop told by a warehouse people, went back to the shop to ask for an invoice, the shop showed me that invoice is sent long time ago by that time am with a transport guy because i hired a transport back to warehouse again only to find out it not ready at all. I was told to come back on the 4th November so i must get a transport again because the refuse to deliver. Service is really bad.
