Black Dinning Table and Chairs
I'd like to share my frustrations with Bowas Furniture Ladysmith. I bought a white round tables with grey chairs from Bowas. The service was quick and efficient during the ordering process however a black table and black chairs was delivered. I emailed Bowas and advised them and their response was that the white table is out of stock. They delivered and incorrect colour without notifying me. They are now not responding to my emails. I would like for Bowas to pick up this table and please deliver the table as advertised on their site. The table they have delivered is an inconvenience and does not match my house. This is for order 20008

Unhappy Customer
Great Service from the salesman Sphamandla Mgobhozi, The worst from the rest of the team at Hyundai. I bought a Renualt Captur in November and have been anxious since date of delivery, I decided to send it back and ask for a trade in. The service from the salesman was the best. Deal concluded and I signed my new contract, sold the old car and changed insurance. However I found myself walking home after spending 6 hours at the dealership. The worst experience ever. Kudos to the salesman who was with me throughout and even went all the way of looking for me in the dark streets of Pinetown just to ensure that I am home safely.
