Dear Bawas Furniture Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding the service I received with my recent online order. When placing the order, I specifically requested a grey/silver lounge suite with chairs. However, just one day before delivery I was informed that grey was not available and that beige would be delivered instead. Although this was inconvenient, I agreed to the change in order to avoid further delays. Prior to delivery, I also asked the consultant whether the table would need to be assembled. I was clearly told that everything would be delivered as is and that no assembly would be required. Unfortunately, when the delivery arrived, nothing had been assembled, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. On the same day, a television was also delivered, but there was no remote included. I immediately contacted your team to report the issue and was informed that the remote would be delivered on Tuesday, 4 March, when the delivery team comes to Durban. To date, I am still waiting for the remote. In addition, I was informed that the old television would be collected and replaced with a new one. This has not happened, and attempts to contact your team have been unsuccessful. The same contact I used for the online order is no longer responding. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and far below the level of service I expected. I would appreciate an urgent response and immediate resolution regarding: • The missing television remote • The replacement of the television as promised • Clarification on the incomplete delivery and lack of proper communication Please treat this matter as urgent. Thank you so much Level 7 for the best expectional customer service, from the time I enquired to the installation done to my router being delivered. Everything thing was expectional service and explained properly. Thank you to the call centre who are friendly to the support department very friendly and explain everything. Made an order for delivery at 1655 order no 36480099 online...I understand its busy, ok my order gets here 1828pm. Ok as I check my order chicken filla is there n chicken n mushroom.... wow as my family sit and eat, chicken filla had chicken dat u could count up to 10 , no muchroom nothing no filla jus chesse on top, the sause and 10 cube of chicken im so disappointed as ive been calling Kempton park no answer, I called call centre refliwe answered as Im trying to explain to her she doesn't listen n just put me tru the same store that is not answering, I even took pictures of this so called chicken filla.... Kempton park is the worst, they should called and asked me to choose something else if dey didn't have ingredients... on top of that they charge me R139.90 for an empty chicken filla with no filling inside
I have a long story but il cut it short... I ordered a watch with Matt Arend on the 16 January 2020, everything went smooth with payment and shipment was done on the day. They sent me tracking number and everything which I was so glad to deal with such professional and efficient people. Problem came when my shipment arrived in Johannesburg Aramex couriers ,my parcel shows it was scanned at their depo at 03:46am on the 17th but was never delivered... ive been on the phone with them til today still nothing no trace of my parcel... but I must applaud MATT and his team thank you very much for all your hard work support, I called you everyday not even once you guys showed to be irradiated. Thank you for the replacement watch you sent with fastway couriers I just received it Im so happy... I must add aramex thou is really giving you a bad name with the experience I got and I pray another person doesn't experience this... thank you Matt I know you out of the country but end of March im visiting cape town and il definitely come and say thank you to the staff....
I received a call from a gentleman Perl I hope I got his name correct from Standard bank O.R Tambo, thank you sir for getting back to me about my complaint that I had... Standard bank is still my number bank✌
Standard bank at O.R Tambo im currently standing in the line which I was told I cant use auto plus machine cause its out of paper and they cant find the key, the person that has the keys only start at 1pm..like really is this the service we get.
