No delivery received of the lashes

I am so disappointed in the delivery service I placed my order and the tracking app shows that the delivery company tried to to complete my delivery and I was no available, however no one has tried to contact me regarding my delivery and no one has come to my delivery address.

I have contacted the call centre and they advise that the delivery company is slow and responding to them.

I placed my order on the 18th of December thinking that I would get my order before New Year’s Eve at least and now I feel like I have paid and I am running behind people to deliver my goods.

I will be done with my Holiday and will no longer be at the address that I am at, which means I will need to change my delivery address and wait longer for my lashes.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and the fact that the delivery company is dishonest and claim that they have contacted me.

I have emailed the company directly and I have received no communication either.
