Misleading Advertising and Lack of Transparency
I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience. I recently noticed that the lashes being sold appear identical to products from another brand, and after doing some digging, I found what seems to be the original supplier. It raised concerns that these products may simply be rebranded rather than original. What bothered me even more is that some of the promotional videos used by this company look very similar to content from other influencers reviewing the original products. From what I can see, the videos appear to be cropped and reused in a way that could mislead customers into thinking they are reviewing this brand specifically. I tried to politely ask about this in the comments, just out of curiosity, and instead of getting a response, I was blocked. That lack of transparency is a huge red flag. I’m not saying don’t buy, but I strongly recommend doing your own research before supporting this business. Transparency and honesty matter, and this experience left me questioning both.

I would have given them 0 stars if I could. The lashes are a waste of money. Nothing like the advertising. I followed the application instructions given and the lashes dont even stay on for 2 days. Ive sent them several messages and just get sent back another application video. All in all, a waste of money. Rather get the stick on temp lashes, way cheaper and less waste of time.

Disappointed
Ordered that lashes, received a tracking number as I got notification that my parcel was shipped but the tracking number says it doesn't exist. It's weird how their only form of contact is either email or their social media page, no contact number to call and you can't even leave a review on Google. I sent a message on their social media and still no response. Im actually regretting buying from them, I should have went with lashxtend SA as they are much more reputable.

Disappointed

No delivery received of the lashes
I am so disappointed in the delivery service I placed my order and the tracking app shows that the delivery company tried to to complete my delivery and I was no available, however no one has tried to contact me regarding my delivery and no one has come to my delivery address. I have contacted the call centre and they advise that the delivery company is slow and responding to them. I placed my order on the 18th of December thinking that I would get my order before New Year’s Eve at least and now I feel like I have paid and I am running behind people to deliver my goods. I will be done with my Holiday and will no longer be at the address that I am at, which means I will need to change my delivery address and wait longer for my lashes. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the fact that the delivery company is dishonest and claim that they have contacted me. I have emailed the company directly and I have received no communication either.

High quality lashes, high quality client service
Absolutely amazing lashes! The bayaluxe team is extremely helpful and quick with replies. Jessie has helped me from finding my perfect lash map to placing orders. I can't recommend this company enough! My lashes can last up to 7 days and they don't damage my natural lashes. I am always happy with my order and the packaging is super cute.
