This is by far the worst service I have paid for !! To almost R400 a month and be sold all the benefits in the world but the time that you need to use them, you get told that they will reach out to their lawyers that have on panel and see who is willing to assist. I took the policy to benefit on transfer cost in purchasing a property and have received no help For a benefit that I have paid for for over 2years now I got email telling me that my file is abeyance and yet my bond is approved and everyone is waiting on the incompetence of my legal cover to decide if they can help me and who is willing to help me, like I have been paying for someone to do me a favour in my time of need. I am extremely furious and yet they answer the phone saying they are voted the best!!!! My foot
I am so disappointed in the delivery service I placed my order and the tracking app shows that the delivery company tried to to complete my delivery and I was no available, however no one has tried to contact me regarding my delivery and no one has come to my delivery address. I have contacted the call centre and they advise that the delivery company is slow and responding to them. I placed my order on the 18th of December thinking that I would get my order before New Year’s Eve at least and now I feel like I have paid and I am running behind people to deliver my goods. I will be done with my Holiday and will no longer be at the address that I am at, which means I will need to change my delivery address and wait longer for my lashes. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the fact that the delivery company is dishonest and claim that they have contacted me. I have emailed the company directly and I have received no communication either.
Please read if you dont want to be disappointed!! This is by far the most unprofessional organization to exist. They are not transparent and only disclose sensitive information if you ask for it, they will never call you and expect clients to reach out to them. Sold my house for R959 000 and my bond cancelation figures were not sent to me or discussed with me and neither was their fees. The day my house registers on another person's name I get a bill of over R6400 and walk away with around R18 000 from the sale of my home. They dont disclose figures and dont allow you to make an informed life decision and you walk away indebt and less i formed. I would have never sold my home if I had any idea that this what I would get paid out. Robert the director is rude, extremely disrespectful, they attack your character and will deny any requests that you have made for clarity.
I am extremely disappointed in the service from law all. I lodged my complaint on the 29th Of April with Dimakatso. * firstly it took her 2weeks to send one email and I had to call and ask her to get into contact with me , she explained that she was off sick and forgot to activate her out of office, which I cannot understand because if something unforseen happens to the person handling your case,does that mean , you will be left in wonder? * I got the email and sent through all the requested documents which took alot of effort to complete and now it been over 2weeks again, I have got no email and not even a phone call. I have used law for all in the past and I have never encountered service of this nature, as clients you pay your premiums in trust of service and to have this type of experience is extremely disappointing. I feel as if I'm paying for no reason at all and this is extremely disappointing. I feel as if I should have chosen a different service provider
If I could give a zero rating I would.. Please stay away from this business they pose as a well established company but they are from it I was quoted to have home repairs done full house painting, grouting of my shower floor, replacement of a kitchen cupboard..I was given one quote and on the quote they state that you will pay a deposit once they start and the balance on completion of the job. They also give you a warranty on the work done but obviously choose the most expensive material. On the first day we bought all the materials which came over 5000 and paid more than 50% of the deposit . On the next day they completed painting which was done very unprofessionally , including the grouting, the grout took over 1week to dry and was not completed after the 2nd day we paid a further 2000, which is now not what the quote says. A few days into the week I get another message from the contractor stating that he needs a deposit to start the cupboard so he can buy material..I was quoted 2500 for fix and supply and he states that he needs 1500 before he can start the cupboard because each project they start in the house requires a deposit. So even though you get one quote each thing that you need done is considered as new job. He thereafter says that I have stone tops in my kitchen and if I need the draw replacement they cannot take liability if the stone falls and breaks because their company cannot afford to fix. Which means they don't have liability cover and if anything gets destroyed you must agree with them that you will fix it. As we doing the house we bought all the material and all they did was keep asking for more money and if things are not bought upfront with your own money they cannot to do the job because they only offer labour. Their workmanship is terrible and they don't take pride in their service , they rush to get things done and wait for you to complain instead of doing things correctly. They did not even clean the painting all over the house or clean the grout, the previous paint colour is still visible at the corner of the doors. There work is beyond dissatisfaction and the owner doesn't understand English well and then when he explains himself, he will make it seem like you don't understand the agreement. This business is pathetic and pose as something they are definitely not!!
If I could give a 0 rating I would, momentum is by far the worst insurance company I have dealt with, l registered a claim last week for something as simple as my windscreen. I was requested to send supporting documents and no one has bothered to call me or follow up with me , I have sent emails requesting a call and no one even bothers to follow up or keep me informed. This is my first claim and if this is the service they offer I honestly feel they don't value clients . We pay a premium to have peace of mind at claims stage and if you cannot meet these expectations why promise the world at sales stage , sales advisors promise the best service and cover and deliver the opposite. Looks like I will be forwarding my complaint to the ombudsman . CP5382
Purchased a jbl sound bar and sub valued over R6000 from makro only for it to last me just through the warranty (1year) It now comes on only when it wants to , took it back to makro and apparently they can't help with anything, looks like that brands that we invest our money in are proving to be us just paying for a name, so disappointed I will never recommend the brand .
This account is scam guys , they are on Instagram, they have fake papers to show they are legit, they take your money and you never get your orders, they respond like a legit company but you never hear from them again, they have fake client reviews
They had debited me twice and really dont care about it, I received emails from Lauren at the accounts department advising she will call me and they do nothing, they advise that a refund will loaded and dont, emails will be ignored and the customer care number exists for no reason. The worst service I have received and I would not reccomend them! Paying for a service where you don't receive service
I purchased a double wear foundation from the Estee Lauder in Edgars and was helped by a lady who really didn't look like she was happy to help me I asked her for a skin match colour to complexion and she handed me one saying it's my colour it's costed close to R400 and I paid cash..i hardly use make up and tried using it for a function this weekend and it made my face look white and it's no where close to my colour..im so disappointed as this is a loss of my money for pathetic service..truly disappointed and disgusted.
