I retuned from the UK in January on my return GO Connect was off line from 2 February for a few days. We had to purchase DATA which has cost us over R500 to use for the duration it was off line. On 13 March we yet again have gone off line. Promises are made to restor the line or fix what is broken today is teh 17 March and we still do not have connectivty my messages on whatsapp are been ignored, I had to spend another R500 for Data who compensates me for that. I have cancled my wifi end of this month and I get a call to ask why I am cancelling.

. I was promised that a call was logged for this and it won’t take more than 1 week. Finally after 3 weeks (see mails attached for past 2 months only) the router software was upgraded after I threatened to through the router in the street. Two days later the power went off and once again we were back to the orange ball and fibre not working. I once AGAIN called and Corne told me a service agent will phone back. Just as always, this didn’t happen and I believe she is in management (poor management)! I phoned again and the agent helped me to reset the router via my computer. Luckily I wrote down the steps on how to do it. Ever since I have been resetting my own router as its costing me money to keep on phoning. Since the upgrade 13 Dec when the upgrade was conducted our fiber still take a dip for about 10sec min 8 times a day.

I previously had a very poor experience with Go Connect and was extremely disappointed with both the customer service and internet reliability. However, I’m happy to say that things have completely turned around — all thanks to Don Read. Don went above and beyond to resolve the ongoing issues I was facing, showing genuine care, professionalism, and determination to make things right. Under his leadership, I truly believe Go Connect is in good hands and headed in the right direction. I also want to give a special shout-out to Clovis, who has consistently been helpful no matter the size of the issue. He’s a true champion and a credit to the team. Thanks to these two individuals, my trust in Go Connect has been restored. If they continue on this path, I’d be more than happy to recommend their services.

I previously had a very poor experience with Go Connect and was extremely disappointed with both the customer service and internet reliability. However, I’m happy to say that things have completely turned around — all thanks to Don Read. Under his leadership, I truly believe Go Connect is in good hands and headed in the right direction. Such a petty there is not a no star rating as they don't even deserve 1 star. We stay in a complex and the fiber was installed by Go connect leaving us no choice but to use Go connect as a service provider. In the past 2 months we have been off for a total of 9 Day in 2 months! 18 Feb & 19 Feb, 24 Feb to 27 Feb, 9 March and 11 & 12 March. If you phone for support at night you are told the manager is on the toilet, they will call you back and no call back is received. Corne and Judy are the two rudest ladies to deal with even though they are management. They keep on blaming their service provider Linked Africa for the poor service they give. I have never received such appalling service in my life. Companies and staff never realize that we as customers are paying their salaries and that they will not have a job if they don't have customers!

I am extremely disappointed with Go Connect's service and would give them zero stars if I could. Their customer service is atrocious; every time I called, I was met with long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and a complete lack of resolution to my issues. On top of that, the internet connection speeds are abysmal. I consistently experienced slow, unreliable connections that made it impossible to stream, work, or even browse the web properly. I do not recommend Go Connect to anyone looking for a reliable internet service provider. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
