I purchased a roof fan in December. Waiting period was not long but when the item arrived I only received the light fitting and no fan. I phoned logged a complaint and they promised me I will receive my money back in 5 working days. They also informed me the courier will collect the light fitting. On the 31st I phoned and only then informed me that I cant get my money back before the light fitting is received. On 5 Jan I phone to find out when will they be collecting the item and they said no collection was arranged but they will send the courier. On 7 Jan they collected the item , still no refund received. When I phoned today 9 Dec they informed they received the item but they supplier need to inspect it(48 hour). After the inspection takes place I must wait 7 to 14 days to get my money back!!!! All this trouble due to their mistake and now I must wait for my money???????? This is unacceptable and I will NEVER order from Makro again or refer anyone to them. Funniest is that their email is Makrocare@makro ....really care?? What a joke

. I was promised that a call was logged for this and it won’t take more than 1 week. Finally after 3 weeks (see mails attached for past 2 months only) the router software was upgraded after I threatened to through the router in the street. Two days later the power went off and once again we were back to the orange ball and fibre not working. I once AGAIN called and Corne told me a service agent will phone back. Just as always, this didn’t happen and I believe she is in management (poor management)! I phoned again and the agent helped me to reset the router via my computer. Luckily I wrote down the steps on how to do it. Ever since I have been resetting my own router as its costing me money to keep on phoning. Since the upgrade 13 Dec when the upgrade was conducted our fiber still take a dip for about 10sec min 8 times a day.

Such a petty there is not a no star rating as they don't even deserve 1 star. We stay in a complex and the fiber was installed by Go connect leaving us no choice but to use Go connect as a service provider. In the past 2 months we have been off for a total of 9 Day in 2 months! 18 Feb & 19 Feb, 24 Feb to 27 Feb, 9 March and 11 & 12 March. If you phone for support at night you are told the manager is on the toilet, they will call you back and no call back is received. Corne and Judy are the two rudest ladies to deal with even though they are management. They keep on blaming their service provider Linked Africa for the poor service they give. I have never received such appalling service in my life. Companies and staff never realize that we as customers are paying their salaries and that they will not have a job if they don't have customers!
