I retuned from the UK in January on my return GO Connect was off line from 2 February for a few days. We had to purchase DATA which has cost us over R500 to use for the duration it was off line. On 13 March we yet again have gone off line. Promises are made to restor the line or fix what is broken today is teh 17 March and we still do not have connectivty my messages on whatsapp are been ignored, I had to spend another R500 for Data who compensates me for that. I have cancled my wifi end of this month and I get a call to ask why I am cancelling.

On 19 December I placed an online order which I paid for.000121067 - Order number not delivered to date this order has not been delivered, I called in a few times promised delivery then nothing happens today is 25 January what was suppose to be christmas clothes for my grand kids have not been delivered. No one bothers to come back to you I received an email from Kathy Goddard and then she disappeared, then Adrian Louw and he disappeared. This is really pathetic and unprofessional its not the first time I have ordered online so there should be no excuses.
Our ISP uses Vumatel for service, last week out internet was down for 8 days before it was restored by Vumatel, Yesterday 15.12.2022 our service went down again, This is really poor service, we logged a ticket with VOX. Vumatel has still not responded on the ticket we are yet without internet service again this is pathetic
Account number 9481519 Today is 7 days we do not have internet service, I have emailed and called a number of times but I have had no respond, my reference number to my query logged on 5th December is VOX19623802, I emailed during the week but still no response, I want VOX to cancel my contract with no obligation to them, as a consumer I have a right if I do not pay for VOX service I will be cut off it has cost me more than my contract to buy data over and above paying. I sent a message to the account executive Retian Meyer who has not had the decency to even respond. A response I received from VOX "Please note your fault request is still under investigation we will provide feedback shortly, keep well well thank you. I am only prepared to pay until 5 December 2022 you can come collect your device.
worst service ever had in my life. I moved to a new premises, ordered my services 2 weeks in advanced so that when take occupation the service will be up and running due to my online studies. Technician comes as per schedule. I go to the place where I am taking occupation and there is no power cable to the Octel router. Technicians calls office and log a call. He promised Monday the power cable will be delivered. He configures the Vox router, says he cannot test due to no Octel connectivity. Vox wants me to pay for the power cable from Octel which is -+ R850.00. I am forced to use one of my own device power supply to get connectivity due to my online studies. cannot use the device which I own because of this issue. I refused to pay that amount as it is not my fault that the cable is missing. It is 2 months no response from Vox. I am now handing it over to my legal team to sort out. Cost for Vox if I win. and also I will cancel my contract with immediate effect making sure I don't pay a cancelling fee. Useless service. I will never recommend anyone to them.
Car Track instead my unit after having to wait a month. Now this unit does not work. On the system it reflects my car at the same road it was a week ago. Should my vehicle get stollen how will car track locate it when the GPS is all *****ed up

I purchased a Kia Picanto in November 2019, at the time of purchase I paid R9459.37 for 3 services on the car(the 3rd, 4th and 5th) In 2020 I had two services done due to a lot of milaege been done, my car is now sitting at 75000km and due for it's last service. My service plan has been cancelled, if this is the case this is a rip off as I have paid for 3 services. The R9459.37 /3 = R3153 per service my two services did not even cost R6000- if you do not want to honor the last service then please refund me the difference between what I paid and what the services cost, I paid for this and I am entitled to have the service. It is shocking that when you call you are told it is cancelled.
I have been trying to get a until installed into my car for over a month. This is now over a month, I am now been handed over to an attorney because I have not paid the installation fee, Car track is suppose to have installed the unit into my car and I will pay the fee, If it has taken so long to install I pay and then when will my installation happen, it's like paying for bread at the shop and never getting it. I am most frustrated with their service they call me every day for money but have not done the installation
