I would have given them 0 stars if I could. The lashes are a waste of money. Nothing like the advertising. I followed the application instructions given and the lashes dont even stay on for 2 days. Ive sent them several messages and just get sent back another application video. All in all, a waste of money. Rather get the stick on temp lashes, way cheaper and less waste of time.
Ive been having endless issues with my telkom bill. Everytime I call telkom, I get a new consultant who doesn't know the history of my issue. I get told, they are escalating it, but nothing. At the end of November 2025, telkom had debited me a bit earlier than normal. The payment was rejected on the 29 November. On the 1 Dec I had made an immediate payment into telkom mobile. They had then taken a debit order at the end of December 2025. Now im told that the money paid on December is not reflecting as their debt collectors, Nudebt had taken the money and not allocated it to telkom. How is this my problem. My bank statement shows all the payments made, however telkom still hasn't corrected my bill. This is now causing my account to be in arrears. Ive also just discovered, that today, 15 January, the debt collectors have tried to debit my account for the amount already paid, as well as the amount due at the end of January. This is *******. Telkom is the worst. The telkom consultant asked me to call Nubebt, ive tried over 10 times and it says the number is unavailable. This is wrong in so many ways. Where did my December payment go to? Why are they debitting me at odd times of month without my permission?
I've placed an order on the 8 May 2023 at Makro Online, I've yet to receive my order and today is the 19 May 2023. I've emailed them twice with no response and called the call centre 3 times with no help given or my resolution to my enquiry. I've asked to speak to a manager or team leader all 3 times, and no Manger has reached out to me. This kind of service is unacceptable and I would have actually given then zero stars if I could. With all the competition oit there, I will not be ordering from Makro online again.
After 22 months into my telkom mix contract...I am still being overcharged....I am beyond livid....I have had no joy from telkom after my last complaint on the 1 October 2015...worst customer service ever!!!!!
18 months ago I took a Telkom mix with a Samsung s5 and my land line. My s5 account was supposed to be R350 per month but for the last 16 months I've been overcharged at R480 per month. I've called through several times to customer services and spoken to numerous consultants at the branch with no resolution to my problem...Every time I call through I get told that someone will get back to me. If you log into my account you will be able to see a number of reference numbers but nothing has been done to fix this problem...16 months into my contract. A manual discount was put in twice but this is really gone too far and I need some kind of explanation and solution.
