Left out in the cold

So I booked a room online. Bayside Pinetown accepted my reservation and yet when I got there I was told it was fully booked. No empathy whatsoever was shown. The lady in reception calls this other guest house to check availability. She does not not care how I get there or even I have funds to pay for another guest house since Bayside still sits with my money. Long story short, I was left out in the cold. No one has made contact with me since Sunday.
