Tevin is one of the most pleasant people I have dealt with at any company. He is professional and keeps to his word. Thank you for assisting me with my Insurance claim. This sure was the most trying times, but Naked Insurance made the process endurable. My expectations met!!
Aramex SA takes 2-3weeks to deliver and item promised to be delivered in 2days. Their online chat services even more shameful. Customer service is non-existent. Their agents have no empathy whatsoever with their I don't care attitudes. It's such a pity a company big as Call It Spring uses their services. I guess they lured them with their low prices. STAY AWAY FROM ARAMEX SOUTH AFRICA FOR PROTECT YOUR SANITY!
So snatcher saw it appropriate to dispatch something I had not ordered and not inform me before. You can imagine to my dismay when I opened my package only to find out I was given an alternative color without it being communicated to me. Then I received the below "I trust you are well, We sincerely do apologies for not communicating the alternative color we have sent, Unfortunately we only have maroon in stock, Have a blessed day Kind Regards Nqobile Ngema - Customer Support Agent". Listen here, had I wanted a maroon, I would have ordered a maroon. This is someone's gift for crying out loud. The same black that's out of stock is still available to order on their website. Makes me wonder is this how they want to get rid of the maroon, by purposesly dispatching to you without being told and them hoping you'd be okay with it!
So @eThekwiniM, please tell me and everyone how fair would it be for my mom pay outrageous amount of monies due to your water meter licking. Even worse, does it make sense to you that she has to pay for something that was not there to be used? I'm asking because, when April floods happened....our area had no water and depended on water trucks for almost 3 months yet the bill for only those months is chilling at +-R20000.

She does not not care how I get there or even I have funds to pay for another guest house since Bayside still sits with my money. Long story short, I was left out in the cold. No one has made contact with me since Sunday.

What is the point of having online promotions/competitions if you don't brief your stores about it? Today I went to St George's spar Dur CBD to redeem my masterchef stickers that I won online on the sparkznwin.co.za website. Got to the store and the cashier knows nothing about it! Fine.... She calls someone else to assist me this person is clueless too. She calls Raymond ( I'm told he's head of promotions). He too knows nothing about this or they just threw the ignorance card on me. On top of that they both insituate that I'm a scammer. Never ever have I felt so small and embarrassed! Asked them to call head office to get clarity. Raymond said no. I should call myself... Okay fine, I ask him for the number and he tells me I should Google it! Well, I ran out of time as I only have 5min to complete redemption of each sticker! Please fix this and I want my 5 gone to the stickers back so that I can redeem my prize again.
So ZARA has the right to change my date of delivery on my order as they wish and yet I on the other side cannot change the shipping address. They've changed my dates twice and twice I've waited. They tell me they'd rather deliver my things to a vacant house than amending the address. How convenient for them. My order is yet to be dispatched but still! My order was placed 24th June!
So I ordered the Meaty cramed decker from Kaalfontein Corner or so I thought as my so called pizza only had diced ham and tomatoes. I guess this is the new MEATY. I actually want my money back and you can have your disgusting pizza back.
I moved out end May. Used to stay in South Hills Lifestyle Estate and everything was done timeosly on my side, i have been querying my deposit with Afcho for over a month now!!! Like what Nonsense service is this, when people come in and take up a lease with Afhco, everything is all exciting and fast, why must when we part ways the AFCHO wants to burn bridges. I have had enough of your NONsense responses, i need my deposit and i need it ASAP. We are all going through a pandemic and rough time economically, we even move out due to the same.. and out of all time, you choose to mess up with people's finances now? All i see on your review is complaints about refunds, is this the reputation you have??? I will be coming to the offices tomorrow and will not leave until i get my deposit!
