I booked and paid online for. When I tried calling them several times to confirm my arrival they did not answer, the phone just goes to voicemail. I tried emailing them and they dont respond, just quick to take your money online! When I arrived there at Bayside Hotel Suites in Durban on 6 June 2025 I was told that all their rooms are fully booked. I was left stranded in Durban CBD at night and I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. This hotel contravenes basic South African Consumer Protection laws! When you call all their numbers they don't answer back and the hotel receptionist was so awfully rude, showed zero Empathy!
