I still have not received my full deposit although I had the place cleaned and nothing was missing from the unit. I am a professional young lady and expected the agency to reciprocate the decency, respect and fairness I showed them throughout the duration of the contract. I have the before and after pictures and videos of the unit I was staying ,which were seen by the Agency and Landlord but yet they deducted R7000 from my deposit leaving me with only R1500. This agency has is very unprofessional, lacks integrity and contravened the South African Consumer Protection Act. I have dealt with several Property Agencies in South Africa and Just Property has been the worst for me so far. I will definitely not utilize them in future.
I booked and paid online for accommodation. When I tried calling them several times to confirm my arrival they did not answer, the phone just goes to voicemail. I tried emailing them and they dont respond, just quick to take your money online! When I arrived there at Bayside Hotel Suites in Durban on 6 June 2025 I was told that all their rooms are fully booked. I was left stranded in Durban CBD at night and I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. This hotel contravenes basic South African Consumer Protection laws! When you call all their numbers they don't answer back and the hotel receptionist was so awfully rude, showed zero Empathy!

I have been using their service for over 3 years and it has been exceptional thus far. I have never had any missing items thus far and their drivers are professional! Best delivery service ever!
We are still yet to receive two missing boxes from Excuss Logistics and it has been a month since we have moved. It firstly took two weeks for us to receive our furniture and goods and there were missing items. Our bed mattress came very wet and damaged. They have promised to send the rest of the two missing boxes of clothes but now they say that they will not be sending them through anymore. The treatment with this business has been really unpleasant.
I was paid my salary on 24th December at 4am in the morning and the funds have still not cleared. I was told that the funds would reflect, latest, Saturday 28th December 2024 but now it's Sunday morning, 29 December 2024 and I still have not received anything. I have had an unpleasant Christmas as a result. It shows that the banking systems used are behind the current standard systems used at Discovery Bank are behind in comparison to the other South African Banks. I had a recent problem where I issued an instant payshap payment to a vendor but the payment just disappeared and rhe vendor did not receive the funds but the transaction went through from my side and I even got the proof of payment. I noticed that you cant reverse payment and remove debit orders with Discovery bank. This has seriously got to be the slowest bank I have ever had to deal with. I urgently need this money to pay my bills and yet I was told it mya take ankther 10 days to investigate where the funds are.
