Given a shocking experience with a Bayside Mall tenant business, which I reported to security and centre management, I asked the receptionist to get centre management to call me back to discuss my complaint, last Friday. I called again on Monday at lunchtime. By yesterday (Wednesday) no one had returned my call or messages. I called the centre management offices again, and was told no one had relayed the incident or messages. I re-told my story and concerns and was assured that the marketing manager would call me by 1pm. No one called. This is simply terrible service !! The fact that I had to threaten to SAPS on Friday to get some kind of reaction from centre management offices is also shocking. Whats the point of having people managing the mall, then ? What other matters are they just sweeping under the rug and ignoring ?
