Taking advantage of consumers!
<p>I ordered items online from this company on 20 Feb 2017. After following up on the items ordered after not seeing any progress I was sent an email by a Rachel with alternatives as the items ordered were not available. What they offered was nothing close to what they promised on their website. I informed Shaun that we would be leaving for honeymoon on 14 March 2017 and needed the items by then. Shaun promised that I would receive the ordered items in time. We are back from honeymoon and I have not received the items yet! What a dissapointment!! I tried to phone the company. It seems that the number has been disconnected and the website has been closed down. They don't deserve any stars.</p>

No refund and no product - worst service ever!
<p>I've ordered swimwear beginning of November 2016 to ensure I receive my goods before I go on holiday. After a few weeks I started to follow up as there was no delivery or response. They said they had trouble with Customs. The next e-mail stated that we can notify them should I want a refund as the goods might not be delivered on time for my holiday. I requested a refund and gave them my banking details once more. Since I've returned from holiday I've e-mailed and phoned them numerous times. Rachel is reading the e-mails but nobody takes action. When I phoned them they made the one empty promise on the other. The last time I had to submit an e-mail to Kaylene... A week thereafter I've submitted another e-mail to Kaylene because Rachel is reading my mail but Kaylene is still not responding regarding the refund. I cannot understand how they can owe people money as promised and can live with it. I wish Baywatch Swimwear.com can take action ensuring the non-performance of the suppliers in South Africa is brought to justice.</p>

Scam
<p>I ordered swimwear to the value of R1200 in January 2017, paid them the same day, never ever received a tracking number, excuses about custom problems, waiting for stock ect. I asked them today how far is my order from receiving, no response at all. This is a big scam, dont order from these people.</p>

Order not received
<p>I ordered my swimwear on 3 November 2016. In mid December when I had still not received the order I queried it only to be told that they had a problem with Customs and that they would deliver my order to me where ever I was going on holiday. Worst service ever!
<p>Please do not order from them. Im still waiting for my order since Nov 2016. They always have an excuse why they can't deliver. The stock is always with customs. They dont answer my emails and the telehphone line is always busy. They dont even answer my comment on facebook. Ive orderd stock over R1000 and still wainting for them to let me know when they will refund me. Dont think they will delver the orders and keep the money. Don't trust them. </p>

This is a scam
<p>I have ordered 2 swim suites on 17 November 2016. Still awaiting delibery. Phones are permanently engaged or just ringing. All negative comments made on their fb pages are being removed. I have been blocked on fb and fb messenger after I enquired about my order. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE</p>

THIS 'BUSINESS' must be a scam
<p>Rather stay away for purchasing any swimwear from them.... I honestly believe they steal people's money and do a dissapearing act. My order have been on hold since the day I purchased it (09 Dec 2016). I struggled numourous times to email them and fb message them, only to be ignored (Yes, I do receive read receipts Baywatch). When I finally threatened them over email with a formal charge and exposed them on one of their advertising posts, they phoned me within 5 minutes to say " there is a problem at customs and that it will come next week"... And surprise - surprise; my comment and another girl's was immediatly deleted... I started doing research and saw all the hellopeter complaints and realised that they problably delete negative reviews on the FB page as they are all so very positive and that the 'positive' reviews are either fabricated, from their own personel/staff or fake accounts (On facebook and hellopeter).... well it is a week later than "next week" and still nothing. I do not think I will ever see my swimwear... But I WILL lay a formal charge for whatever I can and for everything I can. They are thiefts. </p>
