<p>I've ordered swimwear beginning of November 2016 to ensure I receive my goods before I go on holiday. After a few weeks I started to follow up as there was no delivery or response. They said they had trouble with Customs. The next e-mail stated that we can notify them should I want a refund as the goods might not be delivered on time for my holiday. I requested a refund and gave them my banking details once more. Since I've returned from holiday I've e-mailed and phoned them numerous times. Rachel is reading the e-mails but nobody takes action. When I phoned them they made the one empty promise on the other. The last time I had to submit an e-mail to Kaylene... A week thereafter I've submitted another e-mail to Kaylene because Rachel is reading my mail but Kaylene is still not responding regarding the refund. I cannot understand how they can owe people money as promised and can live with it. I wish Baywatch Swimwear.com can take action ensuring the non-performance of the suppliers in South Africa is brought to justice.</p>
<p>I thought Fedex was a well renowned freight service, but my experience with this company the last two weeks is exactly the opposite. I've requested Fedex to collect a parcel in Jhb and to deliver to a town in Mpumalanga. At first AND only after I phoned them to follow up on the delivery they said they could not get hold of Rene at the collection address. I explained to them that I indicated in my e-mail that I am the customer who will be at the delivery address. I also asked them why they did not contact me to indicate that they are experiencing problems with the collection as it is already three days after I've paid for their service. I provided them with the correct collection address AND the name of the contact person at the collection address on the 16th of May. This morning, 18 May, when I phoned they said the parcel was not ready for collection which is not the case. The company is waiting for more than a week for Fedex to collect the parcel. Again they did notify me that they have an issue they are not capable to resolve. I need this parcel by Friday, 20 May, as it is required on Saterday at a school for fund raising!!! Fedex doesn't seem to care about me or my request. They keep on saying that it will take three days to reach Middelburg and only then it will be delivered to my town (which might take another day or two). Each time when I phone it clearly states that the conversations are recorded for training purposes. Not sure if it is of any use as there is no improvement in their service and support. I need the parcel by the 20th and I don't care what special arrangements Fedex need to do, but that is what's required.</p>
