I bought two packs of toilet paper at Clicks Baywest mall Port Elizabeth on the 21th of December after i paid they told me there a problem at the tills and they cant give me the toilet rolls. They will refund me in 24hours. They even took my contact details they will call me That bever happen i went back to them four times with no kuck and vad service i decided to send clicks head office a email and after four times up and down with them they refunded me in the 2nd of December. On the 10 th of December my money went off my account again i went to clicks Baywest mall again to show them. They took my details again and till today no pne called me again. I went to see then in January they say they can't give me my toilet rolls i nust contact head office again What is so difficult just to give me what i paid for if i gave proof my money went off Clicks will kever see me again they xan jeep the toilet paper very bad service from them
