I have just been ripped R1,144.26 by Ford Polokwane without receiving any service. On 31 December 2025, I took my car in for diagnostics due to a squeaky noise in the front and a dashboard warning message: “Engine Service Now.” Unlike other service centres, I did not receive the usual email or SMS notifications confirming that my car had been checked in, was in the workshop, or that the battery had been disconnected for diagnostics. I could sense that they were overwhelmed with too many orders and less manpower + 31 December 2025 was halfway for them. The only communication I received was a call from the Service Agent on 2 January 2026 at about 08:00, requesting authorization for two hours of diagnostic work. I gave my authorization and waited for updates until 12:00, but none were provided. When I called to follow up, I was told they would contact me once the work was completed. No one ever called. This morning, I went to the dealership in person. I was informed that the mechanic assigned to my car was not at work. I was then told to allow time for them to reassemble the car, since I could not wait until Monday, I requested my car back immediately. It is unbelievable to me that the Mechanic dissambled my car but the radio Station Settings were unchanged. Usually, that's another checkpoint after Service or Repairs. I therefore request that Ford Polokwane refund the amount of R1,144.26 to my Capitec account linked to my cell number.

I will never buy a ford in my entire life because of the BB ford polokwane. The manager Ivan van Tonder makes me question Ford executive managers because he has no ustomer service skill, he is rude and definetlt racist. Black ford owners should just return those useless cars and buy better brands if ut was up to me. They messed up my car and the manager later claimed my engine has a problem after the technician said there is nothing wrong with my engine. I drove in with my car perfectly fine and drove out just a metre away from the dearlership and got stuck. The manager told his employess to tell me its not their problem . This came after i rejected a qoute of more than R21 000 including diesel kits, claiming they wi fix my car. Fis what because my care needed no fixing? I have towed my car to another ford dealer and they fixed what the chancers at BB ford polokwane did with just R3100 including vat. I am still waiting for my footage and recordings were u told me my engine is ****ed up and were your empoyees told me there was norhing wrong with my engine. Also, i spoke to few people who brought back their cars there and they all complained of ur rude racist attitude. I am taking back the ford focus to dealer because i wouldnt want to own a brand that does not care about their clients. So is my big brother and his 2 friends

The worst service ever, I went there looking for Deceased Estate Valuation papers, as we walked in trying to read a notice written by the window, we were greeted by a very dirty looking consultant who was so rude and told us if we were looking for a new car he would help us, but since we are looking for the valuation letter 'we must go to the last door' pointing to some office where there were 2 white guys, as we were trying to find out why he is sending us there, he kept shouting that he doesn't owe us an explanation.

How is it that you buy a brand new bakkie from Ford, and within the first 400km the aircon stops working, the dashboard has a frustrating rattle and the loadbin is not straight. Then it is a huge struggle to get them to come and fetch the vehicle, i end up taking it to them, as it is 300km away from me, the branch where i bought it. They compensated me for it, but the second time it had to go back it was a huge struggle to get them to understand the costs of taking the vehicle to them, as it is warranty claims, and the bakkie is brand new. Its really a pity, as the salesman i have been dealing with for many years, and really wanted to assist, but his managed made things very difficult. The vehicle is now repaired, but they state i have to travel another 300km again to fetch my vehicle, and that they simply refuse to bring it to me.... Surely this cant be the way to treat a client! I doubt that i will ever buy a vehicle from them again!
