I took a contract that I was **** to and told that it's unlimited, only to find out that it's 100g per month, I let it slide, I've called in to change the banking details from Capitec to FNB but they kept debiting from wrong account. I called on the 6th to update thd debit order, now my Wifi is disconnected and I had to deal with *********** consults who were very unhelpful, Nolufu Twebushe and Sanelisa who kept on saying the system disconnected, now I've paid the debit order for R590 and I'm being told that the payment is for December and February. I don't recommend this ****mers.
My account stopped working sometime last week, I visited the Alberton City branch to find out why my account stopped working and no communication was made to me. I was assisted by a consultant who contacted the fraud dept and was told that my account was involved in a Deposit scam, they mentioned amounts that were not even reflected on the bank statement, from 15 Dec 2022.. the amount of R1000, R700, and another R1000, after realizing that the only amount reflecting was R1000 they now said I need to go to Police Station to write an affidavit, the said deposit was coming from my sister's account and was immediately reversed since it was an error from her side, why is my account stopped for what happened in another person's account, I had nothing to do with her transactions so why stop my account and I have to run around doing affidavit for transaction from someone's account? I need that account for petty cash, I need it to be opened and show me any rule that says my account must be blocked for transactions that are not even on my statement. If you are unable to unblock it then close the account. I believe the person whose account should be blocked is the one the deposit was made, it had nothing to do with my account.
The worst service ever, I went there looking for Deceased Estate Valuation papers, as we walked in trying to read a notice written by the window, we were greeted by a very dirty looking consultant who was so rude and told us if we were looking for a new car he would help us, but since we are looking for the valuation letter 'we must go to the last door' pointing to some office where there were 2 white guys, as we were trying to find out why he is sending us there, he kept shouting that he doesn't owe us an explanation.
