Bad service and lack of customer care
Service of Ford Ecosport - 45,000km Tax Invoice RF44024 dated 17 Oct 22
1. Simple oil service under motor service plan 2. Engin bay was not cleaned, oil spiled over the enjin. 3. Its clear that the vechicle was not a priority, as engin bay is not cleaned after oil spil. FORD QUALITY REPORT SHOULD BE LOG, AS SERCIVE CHECKS WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY, WHICH MEANS LACK OF SUPERVISION, LACK OF CARE AND ALLEDGED FRAUD UNDER SERVICE PLAN. 4. We raise also our Concern if the service personel is qualified, 5. Service consultant was also not helpfull and lack of customer satisfaction is no existing. 6. The service coordinator blantly inored the customer.

My Ford was always serviced in Guateng, worst service experiance ever in 20 year with Ford. We wil not recommend Ford Tzaneen for any services.
