I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the way BB Motor Group has managed the current situation regarding my vehicle. My car has been out of use for an unreasonably long period due to the unavailability of a single part.
It is extremely concerning that, in the entire South Africa, this part cannot be sourced. Given the number of vehicles of the same model on the road, this lack of availability raises serious questions about BB Motor Group’s supply chain management and commitment to customer service.
To date, I have received no alternative solutions, and no indication of urgency. This lack of proactive communication and follow-through is unacceptable for a company of this size and reputation. It is easy just to send an email with no other actions.
I expect immediate escalation of this matter, with transparent feedback regarding the status of the part, a realistic timeline for resolution, and a clear explanation of why this situation has been allowed to continue for so long.
I trust that this issue will now receive the serious and prompt attention it requires.
