Extremely disappointed as no one answer the phone

I'm extremely disappointed. I'm have been trying to call the service side. I can't get anyone to help me. I tried everything other lady answered the phone she said will call you back I waited until now nothing.

I have taken the NP200 which is not starting, they told me that we have to get new injectors but they don't say anything about fixing them as the insurance says they must be fixed as it's a diesel car...

Now I have to drive there as no one answer the phone.
